Lake Louisa State Park Trail Run: Nov 7
Trail 5K, 10K and half marathon on the park’s rolling hills and pine forest trails, hosted by The Florida Run. Chip timed, with a medallion for every finisher.

Full Moon Paddle
3 nights around each full moon, 5:00 pm in November and December.

Guided by the glow of the full moon, this easy evening paddle shows you a different side of Hammond Lake. Your friendly, knowledgeable guide shares the history of the lake and the natural world around it as night settles in.
The paddle is suitable for all experience levels and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. Wear clothes that can get a little wet, and bring bug spray and a towel. You’re welcome to bring your own kayak at a reduced rate.
Price: From $49 per person (bring your own kayak). Single kayak $69, tandem $138.
What’s included: All the equipment you need for the paddle, and your guide.

Sunrise Paddles on Dixie Lake

A beautiful sunrise paddle followed by pastries and coffee.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete waivers and meet your guide. You may get a little damp, so bring a towel. Ages 8 and up.

Cornbread's Corner

Bring your little cowboys and cowgirls for a day packed with horse-themed fun!
Made for our youngest riders, Cornbread’s Corner mixes hands-on crafts to take home, fun horse facts and story time with Cornbread and his friends, plus a chance to meet our gentle horses up close and take a pony ride. It lasts about 2 hours. Shoes that fully cover the foot are required around the horses.
